Who?

Startup Weekend is a 54-hour event where people with diverse skills (business, marketing, web development, design) come together to share ideas, form teams, build products, and launch startups. In Le Havre, it’s organized by Inside EM Normandie, a leading business school in the region.

 

Mission

For the 2019 edition, Inside EM Normandie asked us to reinterpret the event poster using the colors of the city of Le Havre.

 

Strategy

Originally created by our team in 2018, the 2019 poster followed the graphic trends of the time: a bold color palette with strong contrasts, illustration, and—of course—Le Havre’s iconic Volcan, shown “in full eruption.” Beyond the print poster, we also adapted the visual for the event’s Facebook, Twitter, Eventbrite, and Techstars pages.

 

Results

A campaign that didn’t go unnoticed—and another success for Startup Weekend, bringing together nearly 200 participants.
