Co-build the sector’s positioning with the association’s teams and develop a new communication strategy.

Focus on exchange and idea-sharing by organizing and facilitating brainstorming sessions to:

• Assess the organization’s strengths and weaknesses
• Engage team members and the association’s clubs
• Ease the onboarding of newcomers
• Build collective buy-in around new projects
• Create the right conditions for creativity
• Strengthen group cohesion

A summary report and recommendations following two half-days of intensive, productive discussions.
